Matt grew up in Pakenham Upper and attended school at Beaconhills College. With a keen interest in property he studied Valuation at RMIT and recently completed a Masters of Business in property. Working in Real Estate since 2002, Matt is looking to build lasting relationships with his buyers and sellers. Matt has a thorough understanding of the local property market and continues to thrive on increasing his knowledge. His professionalism and friendly manner are obvious, making him a great asset to the Pakenham office. In his spare time, Matt thoroughly enjoys renovating. Currently undertaking his 4th major property renovation he has a keen eye for detail and extensive understanding on adding value to a property. What a legend!

Even during these tough times of COVID and changing restrictions, Matt sold our house for a great price and a quick turn around. This was the first property we have ever sold, so wasn't familiar with the process but Matt made it easy and pain free. He kept us up to date regularly and was honest and transparent with all details. Would definitely recommend Matt Clark to anyone looking for an agent.

Professional & friendly.

We had dropped off a letter to Pakenham Real Estate agents to say we were looking to purchase a home - Matt contacted us to let us know a house was coming up for sale in our price range & asked whether we would like to inspect it. He was very professional & friendly - straight forward & not at all 'pushy', which we appreciated. We were very happy to purchase the house because of Matt's approach.
