We met Matt at an open house in 2019, we were considering an upgrade of our investment property. We were imediately impressed with the knowledge he displayed of the property he was representing. His knowledge of the property history and the general market was extremely impressive. It was communicated in a straight forward non pressure way that gave us the feeling that at last we had found an agent that actually knew his product, market and spefically the location and area we were were interested in. We checked all information given to us and found it to be 100% accurate. We maintained contact in 2019 with Matt. He called periodically without the hard sell technique so often encountered these days to see how our plans for purchase, sale of our properties and relocation from interstate was going. No surprize when Matt contacted us and advised us that he may have some people interested in our property in Brighton and would we consider selling it based on our previous discussions and expectations. We gave Matt the property to sell with clear instructions on what we wanted to achieve. It was indeed refreshing to find someone in real estate that was not suffering from the "up market real estate superiority complex" that seems to exist in the industry. We said Ok have a go. Two weeks later we had a contracted offer with deposit on the table which we duly accepted. From there the sale went seemlessly through the Nick Johnson agency process to settlement with no alterations. We are seriously considering other properties over the next year and will definately be guided by Matt and the Nick Johnson Agency.

I was supporting my elderly mother in the sale of her house and wanted the best for her. I couldn't have asked for better than Matt. Our first impressions of him were that he was altogether warm, enthusiastic, authentic and professional.
