Firstly I wasn’t looking for a 2 bedroom house, but stumbled across my now beautiful new house purely by accident. Downsizing from City Beach to Stirling was a no brainer, the surrounding houses were new and well looked after and that’s what struck me first. When I first walked in the house 12 Veneto Way, Stirling I fell in love with it, blown away by the décor and realistically thought this was definitely out of my price range, but just have a look, seeing you’re there. I had arranged a 20 minute viewing by appointment and was the only person there. So refreshing after spending two years at home opens mingling with large numbers of people and believing I was never going to get my dream house. Luke Guelfi from Professionals Granger Clark Real Estate was the agent and he introduced himself and said ‘Please walk in and have a look around.” Luke left me to myself and I wandered room to room and it just got better and better. Luke was very professional, polite and knowledgeable, just quietly asking me what I was looking for and I said "this house answers all my requirements, and more." He explained what the bidding process was and as I left he said he would send all the paperwork to me. Later that day I received an email with all the bidding info I needed. The process from there was so seamless it was overwhelming. Luke answered all my queries promptly and just made the process soooo easy. And 5 days later I had an acceptance by the seller. Right from the get-go Luke was easy to communicate with and I knew he would answer me promptly. I don’t usually write reviews but I knew I had to say something about my experience with Luke. Simply put I couldn’t believe I had hit the jackpot with Luke Guelfi and Matt Condit from Professional Granger Clarke Real Estate. So if you’re out there trying to buy a house give these guys a ring, you cannot go wrong with them. Highly recommend them especially Luke. The experience I had with Matt was great This was the second time I used his services to sell a property . From start to finish communication was great at any time of the day or night I never felt pressured or in the dark as a vendor.
