Firstly I wasn’t looking for a 2 bedroom house, but stumbled across my now beautiful new house purely by accident. Downsizing from City Beach to Stirling was a no brainer, the surrounding houses were new and well looked after and that’s what struck me first. When I first walked in the house 12 Veneto Way, Stirling I fell in love with it, blown away by the décor and realistically thought this was definitely out of my price range, but just have a look, seeing you’re there. I had arranged a 20 minute viewing by appointment and was the only person there. So refreshing after spending two years at home opens mingling with large numbers of people and believing I was never going to get my dream house.
