Due to my hectic work schedule, I am mostly able to only communicate at night. Matt was very accommodating in allowing me to call and ask him questions pertaining to this property, in the wee hours. As the house was tenanted, getting access was a bit of an issue. Matt was able to overcome this by providing adequate information to me, such that we were able to make up our mind to give an offer for it without seeing it ourselves. Although the price we paid was higher than what was listed, we happily did it as we understand the competition we faced and the current Hot market we are in now.
