We were buying from Sydney, so we had to rely heavily on Matt for communications and follow-up on a number of matters throughout this purchase, due to the distances involved. When the COVID-19 lockdown occurred, Matt became our eyes and ears until settlement. There was an issue with the property that required attention before settlement and Matt was all over it until resolution. We can't speak highly enough, and I will use Matts services again in the future.
