Matt was a pleasure to work with from the start. Knows the Maudsland area like a true local and that really made a difference when he was interacting with buyers, passionately telling them what a great area it is to live in. He worked hard to get a result we were happy with and checked in with us throughout. Was always contactable via call or text, always up for a chat and happy to give advice on the selling and buying process. Matt’s trustworthiness not only put us at ease when selling, but was evident when dealing with buyers. As I’ve dealt with well over 100 agents in the last 6 months trying to buy my new house in Brisbane, I can say there’s a certain type of agent you want representing you. I have walked away from listings that I wanted and would’ve paid well above asking for, because the agent felt untrustworthy. Matt is the antithesis of that.
