Matt was very friendly, but very professional as well

Matt knows the market and was not pushy at all, he allowed us to take the time we needed to prepare ourselves for the sale of our home. We achieved the price we wanted and we felt that Matt was actually on our team , instead of the purchasers team. I am sure the purchasers felt the same, which is the mark of a professional salesperson, in that both parties felt that they got a good deal. Well done Matt.
