Matt Damm and Dan Turner made every effort to make my auction a success. They spent a lot of time talking to and seeing potential buyers as well as keeping me well informed of the progress. Matt and Dan didn't hesitate to accept private viewings as well as a number open houses. I really didn't realise just how much work behind the scenes is involved in making an auction a success. I was hesitant initially about holding an auction but now I am glad I did. They were backed up by a very competent team at Ray White Ashgrove.

Matt Damn was very helpful, kept us informed along the way as well as updates to all aspects of selling, we felt confident with Matt looking after the sale of our property and would recommend him based on his knowledge and professionalism. Given we are a couple hours behind him, he made the effort to get hold of us when convenient for us. Thanks again Matt for a great job.
