Matt is one of the best Real Estate Agents we have ever dealt with, being very professional and knowledgeable about the market. He achieved a super quick sale for us and at a much higher amount than we expected. He is hard working and down to earth and acquired the extended settlement period we needed with diplomacy . We will certainly recommend him to everyone we know who is planning to sell
This was the first house we have sold. Matt was always happy to spend time to answer all our questions. He proactively kept us informed of the process, the buyers interest and the next steps. He also managed our expectations of what the market might do and sold out house within three weeks. He recommended excellent tradespeople and stylists to ensure we got the best outcome. Matt is friendly, caring, patient and we could tell he was looking out for our best interests. We highly recommend him.
Matt’s exceptional knowledge and strategies achieved a result that exceeded our expectations. Communication was open and flowing from Matt and his team. We took on all of his advice and are so glad we did! His no nonsense approach, working tirelessly with prospects has helped us move to the next exciting chapter in our lives. We would like to thank Matt and the team at Ray White Sutherland Shire for making the sale of our home so easy! Would highly recommend to all our friends and family.
Matt made the experience of selling easy by communicating regularly with us and guiding us through the process. Very professional and trustworthy with his years of experience in the area providing the insight needed to sell. Highly recommend.
Matt provided a totally professional and knowledgeable service during the four week campaign of selling our house, while at the same time providing a friendly and personal service to us at all times along the way. We found this to be very reassuring, as this can be a stressful time for the vender. The support doesn't stop even after the sold sign goes up. We would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to chose an agent in the shire and would not hesitate to use them again.
Matt was professional and efficient in our purchase of our new home. It was very evident he had formed a good rapport with the vendors too. On the day he was friendly and reassuring throughout the auction process. Thank you to him and his team at Ray White.
Matt was entirely professional from the outset. I easily found that I could rely on Matt and his team to have my best interest at heart throughout the sales process. His intrinsic style and knowledge of the Menai area market and the steps required to achieve the sale gave me great confidence. Beyond the sales process, Matt showed a deep kindness in understanding the stress a seller goes through . I was touched at how connected both Matt and his team were and their offers to help me were quite unexpected. I would definitely and most highly recommend Matt and his team to entrust your next sale to.
Matt knows the area very well. He was always very professional in his manner and impeccably dressed. A man who knows when, how and what to do and say.
Matt was very professional from start to finish. He responded to our queries very quickly and arranged all necessary paperwork with lightening speed. Highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone who wants to deal with a professional agent.
Very easy to deal with, Matt was transparent and honest throughout the whole process.
When we decided to put our home up for sale, friends recommended that we call Matt Debreczeni from Ray White Real Estate Sutherland Shire and we invited him to come out to meet with us and give us an idea of property value in the sale of our mum's house at Loftus. We found Matt to be very well presented, knowledgeable and confident. He showed us a very reasonable and clear sales marketing proposal. Matt had an accurate awareness of the Sutherland Shire property market and the level of buyer confidence in the current economic climate - taking into account the impact of COVID-19 on the market. Matt was very respectful and patient with our mum and took the time to explain all the details and possibilities to us. He was always on time and provided exemplary service in organising the sales proposal, property and pest reports and liaising with our legal representatives. We received regular calls, SMS & emails from Matt and his team throughout the entire process. We followed his expert and sound advice and were rewarded with an amazing result at our Auction - $68,000 above the reserve!! Well done to Matt and his team at Ray White Sutherland Shire. We highly recommend Matt as your real estate agent, for buying or selling.
We are return clients of Matt’s. He works hard for us, always stays in touch, and has extremely good market knowledge and customer reach. Thanks for a great result again Matt.
