We used Matthew Dewan & Brent Day to sell our home at 36 Limeburner Grove Botanic Ridge Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on Market Knowledge and how they promote their listings and relate to there clients. Having inspected this property twice previously I felt it suited our requirements however believed it was overpriced. To Matts credit we were contacted again 3 weeks later to be advised that the property price was being changed and if we were still interested in putting in a offer. Due to the determination of the agency we decided to inspect the property again and this time made an offer. After negotiation we believe we paid a fair market price.
