We have now used Matt Dewan to sell 3 houses over the past 9 years. Previously, Matt has worked hard to get our properties sold and been a great communicator. This time round, Matt has left us feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. As soon as Matt found out we had purchased a property through another agent, and not him, all forms of communication stopped. Our buyers had 5 finance extensions – no contact from Matt or his office. Our settlement fell through – no contact from Matt or his office. Our settlement went through – no contact from Matt or his office. I spoke to Matt about his lack of communication after the first finance extension was granted and his response was ‘sorry about that’. After this transaction, it has shown a lot about who Matt is as a person and how he and his team operate. I will never use O’Brien Real Estate Cranbourne to sell another property. Selling a house can be a stressful time and when an agent operates so poorly it makes it even more stressful. Very poor professional conduct from Matt and his team.
