We looked at a couple of agents before going with Matt. We found Matt to be the most genuine real estate agent. He had great knowledge of the area and the market in general. We had a tenant in our property at the time and he was able to get her to be a part of the whole process which helped the sale a lot. Whilst we believe that a well presented property will sell itself one still needs an agent that will work when the buyer jumps.
