I cannot speak more highly of our experience with Matt. It was a complicated search being conducted half the time from overseas. We had very specific requirements and I have to say Matt has the patience of a saint! (Poor man started off with a full head of hair, we might have sent him bald!) Sometimes we (or I would) fly in unexpectedly and give Matt literally would have a couple hours to set up viewings for properties we wanted to see. It was a frustrating journey and Matt was a true gentleman and patient in the extreme. He was generous with his time and sharing his extensive knowledge. However, the highest praise I can give him is his honesty. I have lived the last 20 years in a country where you will say anything to make a deal or try for a few extra bucks. Hence, I initially fudges my top end budget by under $150K expecting to be shown some that were over budget.... Nope! Matt only ever showed me what I had said I could afford (I eventually had to sheepishly "come clean". After a looooong, search, we eventually bought the property Matt had in mind from the beginning. It is just perfect. Perfect house, perfect location, perfect community. (AND under my initial fudged budget!) I am so thrilled to bits. Matt takes his job seriously. He is knowledgeable.
