This is the second property which Matt has sold for me. Last year he got me $120,000 more for my house than other agents could manage. This property was a different proposition - nearly an acre of vacant flat land on top of Buderim only 800m from the shops. For years developers have been chasing me to sell it for subdivision, but this would have ruined another adjoining house which I also own.
