Felt Matt had sound ethical and moral beliefs which goes a long way to feeling 'safe' in the largest purchase of your life. We did not feel like an 'irritation' to a busy day, that we were being dismissed or shut down, or that we were 'too small a fish to give any time too'. Reliable - did what he said he would do. Good knowledge of market and legal expectations. Came across as honest with no overused 'cliches'. Would definitely deal with him again.
