I certainly recommend Matt Diesel to any prospective house seller.

We were apprehensive about who to choose to sell our home, but Matt had recently sold another home in Palmwoods and was highly recommended by the owners. He fulfilled all our expectations. His communication skills couldn't be bettered; he knew the market and was spot on with a realistic and satisfactory recommendation of price; he brokered a quick sale which was necessary for us or we may have lost our present home, he moved things forward when the prospective buyers finance fell over the 1st time and he was professional, friendly and honest at all times. (His company also stepped in on very short notice and sent a replacement agent for our open home when Matt was caught up in a traffic accident, so we were not disadvantaged). We felt Matt worked very hard for us and we safe in recommending him to others.
