Matt & his team were amazing. He's a friendly & caring guy. Works hard to sell your place. Really switched on to the market & the local area. Smart plan on how to sell our house. Honest & realistic about expectations on market & pricing. Got a quick sale for a price we wanted where others trying to sell similar houses have havent sold & have had to adjust pricing. This is our second time selling a house with Matt & would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their place.
