Matt assisted in the sale of my elderly parents home

We appointed a talented young Agent to sell my parents home and initially Matt assisted him. During the sale process our appointed Agent left NGU and Matt stepped up to complete the process. Matt is commencing his career in Real Estate and I witnessed his strengths in communication and importantly his thoughtful and caring nature. He was involved right to settlement day and even assisted in the move process. He was a pleasure to work with and I wish him every success as his career evolves. I am sure he will retain his professional yet caring approach to his work and continue to build on his knowledge in the industry given he worked closely with a very gifted Agent in the initial stages of this sale. I believe he has a strong sense of fairness and his focus is on delivering a balanced outcome for both the buyer and seller. He displayed an outstanding amount of respect for my parents through the difficult and stressful sale process for which I cannot thank him enough for.
