Matt was very professional, keep me informed throughout the entire process and totally understood the pressures and urgency of the sale of my property. Matt actively sought out buyers and was responsible in selling the property by being proactive and not reactive

Matt Fava originally showed us a house when we were looking to buy. We remembered him as being very helpful and honest. We gave him our investment property to sell two years later and couldn’t be happier with the outcome Matt got for us. Highly recommend Matt Fava and his team at Wilson Property Traralgon.

Matt was very good

Matt was instrumental in helping me buy this property.

Matt was a pleasure to do business with which made the sale of the house a very smooth process. His honesty and integrity was beyond reproach and he constantly kept us informed of how everything was going both during and after the sale. Would highly recommend Matt and his team.

Matt’s communication was excellent. Always fast to respond.

Amazing help to search and help with everything I needed to do Amazing to have someone so onboard with helping others.

Matt was incredible to deal with, very helpful and professional, we couldn’t ask for anything more in a real estate agent.

Sold over asking price, amazing result

Matt was great to deal with. He is very transparent forth coming with information regarding properties and definitely goes out of his way to help out were he can... Cheers again Matt

Matt knows the area like the back of his hands, very insightful.

I entrusted Matt with two properties and was blown away by the results. He actually contacted me about selling. Both homes sold very quickly despite no public advertising, and one even closed higher than expected. Communication was clear and timely, and the whole process felt effortless and low-drama. If you want an agent who delivers excellent results, and gets top dollar, choose Matt from Wilson Property.
