It was a pleasure doing business with Matt. Professional, friendly, quick and efficient replies to queries, sorted out problems very quickly and efficiently. I certainly would recommend him without hesitation.

Very personable and without the heavy market/ sales pitch. Communicated quickly after each "open for inspection ", with info re numbers of people that went through, as well as identification of potential buyers. Responded quickly to any questions, and nothing was too much trouble. The place was tenanted at the time and Matt went out of his way to check with the tenant that the place was tidy for the campaign. Felt that the agency might have been overly optimistic re the market price but to be fair Matt was not the agent from this agency that originally set the range. (He replaced another colleague). Definitely recommend Matt.
