Straight up, Matt is a stand out human being. Honest, with no BS, he provided Mum and I with service and civility beyond reproach. There was no pressure, guidance where needed, and all this with the ("wait, there's more") added bonus of capped commission, and free advertising, photos, brochures, online listings etc. Mum saved over $12,000.
