He knew what my house could sell for (better than other agents) and was willing to wait until we were ready to put the house on the market. We sold the first day there was a chance for someone to look through it. The photographer he used did an excellent job as well. He was also able to recommend a very good conveyancer. All in all it went very well without any issues. Would recommend the professionalism of Matt and the people he recommend to sell our house.
