Right from my first dealings with Matt Grice when he first went into business, I found him to be genuine ,honest and caring of his community. when we decided to sell our house Matt was on my list to contact, right from the start we felt relaxed , Matt listened to us and we soon realised that he cares about people not just selling houses, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know his business and during a time of uncertainty in the market Matt stayed true to our wishes , no pressure to drop our price with true and honest feedback.
