A buyer who paid significantly above the lower bound of our price range was obtained after just one open home. We are very pleased with this outcome. Our only criticism is concerning lack of feedback during the exchange of contracts, a process which extended over a period of three working days, with an intervening weekend, for various unavoidable reasons. It would have been reassuring to have received a couple of phone calls at critical times during the process eg. initial confirmation that the buyer had signed the contract and paid a deposit and later confirmation that the deposited funds had appeared in Belle's bank account.
