We saw the sale process as a team building exercise where we as vendors worked with the agents to each contribute the skills and perspectives needed to present a rounded, integrated product to market. Team building requires mutual respect and collaborative and considered responses to the opinions and needs of us and the agent. From our previous contacts with Belle Leura we were confident they could work successfully in this manner. This definitely proved to be the case. Given the stresses and demands of the selling process it was a source of confidence to know and trust the advocacy of the agent team of Matt and Natalie being there as the interface between us and the buyer.
