The real estate agent over quoted the value of the property and during process we had to down our price 4 different times. Subsequently the house did not sell in time slot most house in the area sell in and we had to move out before the property was sold and it was left empty and had to have the property viewed empty. Subsequently the house sold $20000 under value of what other real estate's quoted as the minimum selling price. Our first Agent from this agency left the business half way through our marketing campaign, after acting quite unprofessionally (late to opens/ uncontactable, changing auction dates without specking to us). The property was launched a second time. Finally after selling the property, he neglected to inform the buyers that there was to be a short settlement date.

Mathew Hall is a Professional realestate sales agent. He is a hard worker with a good communication skill. I'm fully recommended.

Matthew showed excellent knowledge and capabilities and was outstanding in communication and going above what was expected to ensure that I was looked after. He was highly devoted and prepared to many little things to help that were not expected and that he didn't need to do, but helped greatly as we were not residing in the area that the house was in. I would have no problems recommending him for any sale.
