When our first buyer fell through Matt was the first to let us know, and by the time he’d called to tell us he already had a plan of attack for securing another contract, which we had in less than a week! Matt is a great communicator both with the buyer and seller. Unlike other agents I have sold with, Matt works for the seller. He is always within phone reach (selling, buying and moving is very stressful especially when you are in your 70s) and giving honest feedback.
