WHAT A GREAT REAL ESTATE AGENT!

We have found Matthew Hill to be an outstanding real estate agent in selling our house recently. He was punctual, extremely well-attired and professional at all times, clear and audible in speaking to us and was always available to take a call or message from either of us. He presented us with statistics, market values and other relevant documentation surrounding our decision to sell our home with 'everyday' language making it easy to comprehend and therefore, making our decision somewhat easier too. The house was marketed extremely well and Matthew was 'up front' with all costs involved, scenarios of time management,etc. He even came down to our camping spot at Pottsville, an hour's drive away, in order for settlement papers to be signed!!! In his suit! We encountered some problems with the building and pest, however, Matthew guided us through options to consider and this helped greatly in relieving us of stressful decisions to make. Matthew made selling this house an easy job for us. He helped us step by step in what was required of best marketing options, paperwork, lawyers, etc. I believe everybody involved is happy - us, new owner, tenant, etc...What else can we say?
