Excellent experience

We were selling a family estate that was messy on many levels. Matt certainly made the experience as straightforward as possible. He was very understanding of our circumstances and happily accommodated our situation. He was excellent to communicate with and ultimately helped to make the process feel uncomplicated. Most importantly though he gave good advice, ran an effective campaign that sold our house above the asking price in under two weeks of listing.... so it doesn't really get better than that.
