We first met Matt 9 years ago when we purchased our property. Every year on our purchase anniversay we would get either a card or a phone call from Matt. When we were deciding on what renovations to do Matt came and gave us advise on what would give the best return. When we were deciding to get our house ready to sell Matt was my first phone call and of course he was right there. His advise I believe helped us acheive a price that was over and above what we hoped for. He also recommended tradies to use who were fantastic. I cannot speak more highly of Matt.
