Working with Matt taught me something. As a vendor, you really want your agent to be on your side and always working for your benefit. Matt's a service veteran, and he has valuable qualities which I think are born of that: fierce loyalty, total commitment, courage under fire, determination, persistence, not afraid to risk defeat but always with an eye to victory. He put all that at our service. He want afraid to push us, and keep us working with him to get the best outcome, and he wasn't afraid to go back to the buyers and keep working with them, against resistance, to insist on the property's best value. This sometimes meant being rung late at night, because Matt wouldn't let go until he personally had done his best. Working with Matt taught me to see what loyalty really means, how moving it is when someone truly has your back. They were just awesome to deal with

As someone who lives and works in Perth but wanted to buy a property in Mandurah I found Matt& Karen very flexible with their time. They went out of their way to work around my time. I was also very pleased with the fact that the mishap that happened along the way was quickly rectified. I really appreciated their help and would recommend them to anyone buying a house.
