Our Amazing experience with Matt Jesse.

From the first time that we contacted Matt Jesse (late one Saturday afternoon) we were made feel like we were Matt's main priority. Due to having a VERY BAD experience trying to sell our property previously, we were very reluctant to contact another real estate but from the first phone call to Matt we felt very comfortable and at ease. Matt listened to our concerns, guided us and helped restore our faith in trusting a real estate agent again. We had numerous phone calls to Matt before listing our property and each time we were met with kindness and understanding. We feel that Matt went well above and beyond to ensure that we understood everything that we needed to know. Matt was ever so understanding and more than willing to answer any questions we had, even if we had asked them before, and took the time to ensure that we knew and understood the whole selling process. After we listed our house Matt kept us up to date with regular phone calls even if it was just to touch base and see if we had any concerns. This is something that we have never experienced before while selling a property. We were over the moon when our house sold for our list price within days of it going on the internet! We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Matt and he has certainly restored our faith in the real estate market again. Matts expertise and knowledge of real estate certainly made us feel comfortable and we know that when we decide to go down the real estate path again we will not hesitate to contact Matt.
