I knew nothing about the market , & what I really wanted in a house, Matt helped me considerably.

Matt was very informative about the houses or properties on the market. He was very patient with me, as I had no idea really on what I wanted, the first house I saw , I wanted, thank goodness the owners decided not to sell. Matt then had a general idea of what I wanted. And yes, finally, after looking around at a few more, I decided on my future home.
