Polite and balanced

Knowledgeable on the local area and relevant pricing. Easy to talk to and most importantly he is polite and balanced when negotiating between the buyer and vendor; it's not easy to balance the needs of one party and keep the other on side. FYI: Mar 2021 Banks are taking ages to clear finance; advise having unconditional finance completed prior to inspections.
