He did a good job selling our house. The only thing is that we told him we need cash to buy a lifestyle house. The house was sold in a couple of days but we had to wait 60 days for settlement so also wait for 70 days to have the cash. We were very lucky the sellers of the lifestyle house were willing to wait for us.
