Jasmine went out of her way to show me through the property on a Sunday, I missed the open home on Saturday. You are immediately as ease because she is so friendly. She explained everything in detail as we are interstate buyers. I've never bought a property on first sight, it was scary as my husband wasn't there to help make the decision. By the time the contract was written up and signed I did feel confident that all would be ok. Nothing was to much trouble for Jasmine, I asked a lot of questions . Jasmine has stayed in contact to ensure that all is moving along as it should.The only disappointment was we couldn't get a 30 day settlement. I highly recommend Jasmine Ali to any prospective home buyer or vendor she is extremely efficent and knowlegeable.

Alan and I would like to congratulate Jasmine on her Market knowledge. Her communication skills are perfect. Jasmine has done a lot of work with the builder of our property with getting paper work signed which was not an easy task with the builder. Also helping us when the builder had put the wrong slab on our block. The builder said they could no longer us the front style of our house in the estate but had not contacted Matt, Jasmine or us about this large problem.
