Matt had his hands full with this one and was fantastic throughout. We have bought and sold many properties and our experience with Matt was first class. We started the process in August last year when the property was vacant and awaiting some insurance renovation and sold the property 9 months later! We live interstate from this property, so Matt was not only our eyes and ears during the renovation but he also managed various trades to get the apartment sale ready. Matt was professional in all our dealings, set realistic expectations, provided honest feedback and worked hard to achieve the best possible price. That's about all you can ask for!
