On the first occasion I visited 19 Kincumber Drive I found the music distracting and like some others spent some time identifying where it was coming from. I realise responses to this will vary from person to person, but I found it intrusive. I have learned a lot through purchasing this property and would ask more questions, next time around. For example, I did not know about the septic system and while this may not have deterred my purchase, I thought it was surprising that both yourself and the recommended building inspector didn't identify the CWMS. I would suggest that both this information plus accurate telecommunication information is on the brochure, to help buyers. As someone said to me you spend ten minutes looking at a house and yet you can test drive a new car as many times as you want.
