Matt listened and took on board feedback about properties we visited . As a result we did not waste time on properties which clearly did not suit us. At the same time, he pushed our boundaries a bit and made us think outside the square. We told him what our budget was, we were “ ready to go” and he took it from there. He did not “pigeon hole” because of our age. Some agents might learn from him in this regard. Matt also had a great sense of humour which helped us all. He also, from our experience, possesses integrity. We hope he does well in his career. He is very focused in this way, where reputation matters.
Matt followed up about this property after meeting us whilst going to an open inspection at another property. He asked key questions about our opinions on the property we had inspected but moreover asked questions about what in particular we were looking for. When a property came up that matched our needs he was very helpful in getting us access and providing the information we requested.
