We recently purchased a property through Matt and were very happy with the entire process. Matt assisted us in exchanging on the property within 48 hours of inspection which I think must be a record in Sydney. Matt worked back late into the evening to make sure it got done which was really appreciated.
After having met with some of the other key players in the Real Estate Industry, and feeling like i was being told how i had to approach selling my apartment, and being told what the price would be (all of them undervalued my apartment), and being told of how 'they' were the best agents, i was disappointed with them all as i felt they were not genuine. I felt they would not be the kind of agent of that would listen to me, deal with me directly (instead of having an assistant do the work), spend time communicating with me, and work in my interests and not just their own. I met Matt Marano, and was instantly impressed with how genuine he was, how much knowledge he had on the area, both its history and future direction and how he asked me 'what do you want out of this, what are you looking for, how would you like to communicate etc'. Throughout the whole process of selling, i never once had to chase him up. Matt was always quick to update me, inform me and chat with me about all aspects of selling. Safe to say, Matt worked extremely hard and far exceeded my expectations of the sale price, and got a price far higher than the other agents said would be possible.
