Well, that was quick!

It took Matt just 2 weeks to sell my house for a record price in my area. I was really only 'tyre kicking' when we first spoke about what apartments might be available in my area. I had been putting off downsizing - apprehensive about the amount of work involved in prepping for sale at auction and the idea of strangers traipsing through my life for inspections filled me with dread. Matt was confident he could get my asking price off-market. He negotiated excellent terms, and best of all, held his nerve. A very impressive young man with good energy who led me through the process with utmost professionalism and best of all, much kindness and consideration. I felt completely supported and could not be more delighted by the result.
