Exceeded our expectations

This is the second property that Matt has sold for us. On both occasions he acted with integrity, and he has an amazing knowledge of the market. It was easy to accept his guidance and as a result, we got the outcome we were looking for. It seemed like he was on the job 24/7 as he was always keeping us updated.
