Dealing with Matt has been an experience in the way real estate personnel should be towards their customers. From day one till the final change over he did everything in a very competent way. His vast knowledge and appreciation of the what the real estate market is all about was second to none. At no time did he try to sway us in a direction we did not want to go. He always kept us in the 'loop' as to what the interested parties were saying and how we should respond. We were always updated after every open for inspection.
