Dear Matt My family would like to express our appreciation to you for your huge personal contribution to the sale of our Mother’s property. We have no doubt that the price realised ($100K above reserve) was largely due to you. What could have been a trying & stressful task was anything but due to your very friendly, candid, honest, extremely professional, high energy efforts. As a consequence we were always comfortable & confident that we were on track, & making the important decisions was simply a matter of due process & devoid of any stress. In fact it was a happy experience. For some time I will have a fond memory of all the stake holders gathered in the kitchen after the auction; the friendly exchanges there & then outside as we bid our farewells.
