This is the second time that I have worked with Matt as he also worked on the sale of my mother's apartment in 2018. He is a really lovely guy with a pleasant, easy-going, no-pressure attitude which I value so highly when it comes to the stressful task of selling one's home. He is super-experienced and knowledgeable. He advised me well in the prep of my property and the timing of the campaign and handled the negotiations with bidders so easily and calmly. He is honest and fair-minded and wants to to the right thing by vendors and buyers. I highly recommend him!
