A great agent

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matt selling my mother-in-law's house. He is such a lovely man and everything you could want in an agent. He explained the process clearly upfront and everything went pretty much exactly as he said it would. He had great contacts to help us with repairs, gardening, styling etc. The whole process went stunningly smoothly - we sold within a month of first approaching Matt for a valuation and after only a week on the market. Matt was so helpful and full of great practical advice throughout. We couldn't have been happier with his work for us and we highly recommend him.
