Having searched for months during lockdown, dealing with various agents and having participated in many (unsuccessful) auctions, it was refreshing to meet Matt. He is very knowledgeable about the Northern Beaches area, honest, straightforward about the vendor expectations and super helpful in assisting us purchase our family home. In the end it took us less than a day to find our home and exchanged contracts by the end of the day. We would highly recommend him.
