Matt helped the reviewer sell this property

Got the job done!

Matt has a lot of experience selling property in our suburb, and is also an active contributor to the community (including sponsoring my son's rugby club). We selected Matt as we had originally bought the house from him 13 years ago. Matt was extremely professional, kept in contact regularly so that we felt fully informed throughout the process and was honest and transparent at all times. He was realistic yet ambitious in his pricing and strategy and he assisted us with referrals to experts to assist throughout the process, including an excellent auctioneer. Ultimately he achieved an end result that everyone was very happy with. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Matt to sell property in the Collaroy and surrounding area
