He over stated the selling price to get the sale and as soon as the property was open he began to talk us down (it was a hot market so he either deliberately mislead us or didn't know). We sold $100k below his estimation. Having said that, in the end we believe the property sold for about what it was worth. Just would have been nice to have a realistic number from the start.
