Matt handled our negotiation superbly

We recently bought a property where Matt from Cunninghams was the selling agent. Matt was able to commercially assess where we were coming from when we made offers on the property (this was not an auction). He was able to build a strong professional rapport with us and manage our expectations in terms of the vendors wishes. Thus we were able to know exactly where we stood and what we had to do to secure the purchase. We felt that Matt managed this very well as either side could have walked away at any stage.
